The Judiciary

(Note to Viewers:  A successful judiciary is a just one. There are many necessary requirements for a judiciary to be just. For example, a judge should be ethical, fair, and virtuous. Another example of a necessary requirement for a Judiciary to be just, is for a judge to not legislate from the bench, but to interpret the law using the Constitution and the Natural Moral Law as a guide, when making a judicial ruling. We sadly live in a time where judges overstep their boundaries, and legislate from the bench. This section on the Judiciary will focus mostly on American judicial issues, from positive and negative perspectives. Judges and politicians listed in this section, doesn't mean an endorsement to them. LPCA is not responsible for the views expressed in the following resources. LPCA only endorses judges who have been canonized saints by the Catholic Church. Tweets, Information, and Resources are posted as a service. Check the out the anti-life judicial cases for more information about bad decisions the supreme court has made.)
